With this Logo idea I have used a floral scratchy type and replaced 'L' with an image i created of Tulips i found this would work well for a 'Flower Store' Logo or Sign. With this Idea i then placed my name 'Georgia' but as its a Flower Shop i had written 'Georgia's Flowers'. This could work well as a flower shop Logo. Even though the writing works well i think i could change it to make it look more feminine and pretty.

LOGO 3- Flower Show
This is another Logo Design i have created. I have used inspiration from my 2nd Logo design but instead of using the imagery for the 'L' i have used it for the 'O' i think this one works better than the 2nd Logo as this is for a 'Flower Show' and using a group of flowers for the 'O' represents the flowers and it being a group gathering.
I have now added 'Salford' and 'Show' to the image to represent it being for a 'Flower show'. I think that the font works well as it looks like Roots of Flowers and Plants. It really works well and would try to recreate this but using a bit more detail to make it more professional.

Typography on Nature
These are a few images from Artists that use Nature and The Natural enviroment within Typography. I found these intresting as they have used it creatively and used other materials and details in the work. I like how they have a mixture of Imagery and Word.
Petal Logo 3.
I have changed the word to petal as i decided to zoom within the floral enviroment. I have chosen the word petal as it is an easy word to work with and can make a variety of logos using this word.
I found that the colours and style stood out as it went green pink and even though it is very child like i found it cute and simple yet very elegant and girly.
Floral Logo 1.
Floral Logo 2.
I have used the word floral but have distorted and changed the look of it. I have inverted to change the colours and overlapped some letters. I think this is appropriate as in the woodland/nature enviroment nothing is sepreated and organised and so i have used that as a strength and jumbled my words together. I find this abstract and crazy but at the same time very interesting to look at.

LOGO 1- Beautifly
This is one of my final ideas for a Logo Design. Using the butterfly image i have Incorporated font i found suitable to the logo. I have based this logo on a hair and beauty salon which is called 'Beautifly'. I have used a retro 60's font which i find works well. I have done 3 different Logo ideas using the same image. I have given the 3rd design a different look using a different type and colour.
This is my 2nd design. I have again included font and the image i had designed earlier but added a Client as and ideas for who/what the logo may represent. I have done this for a 'hair and beauty salon'. This worked well as it has a 50's beauty shop look and suited the matter well. I really think this Logo has potential but still needs a little bit more work to it.
Experimenting For A Logo.
Here i have used an image i have taken whilst out at Longdendale Trail and created a clipping mask using an image i had found on the internet. Due to the image having some parts already cut it left blank spaces that didn't fill. I still found this a very good out come and. Also the image i used had a good color pallet for the tree
For this idea i have done the exact same as the image above but used a different technique and images. The image inside the linear drawing is also one i have taken but from the local park near my house. I placed the image of the linear flower and then erased around the shapes leaving the background inside the shape.

Experimenting for a Logo Design
Here ive used my own image as a background and placed an image from the internet on top of the photograph. Not only would this image make a great monoprint it would also make a great logo design with a few modifications. With a good composition i think this would make an excellent Logo.
Here i have used a photograph that i had taken and then placed an outline of an image i have chosen from the internet and placed it on top of the photograph. I have also used the magic wand tool to take any of the white bold colour from the background of the image to make it stand out and look like a linear drawing on top of a photo. I have used an image of a tulip as i find it a lovely image and think it would work well but would work better on top of a photograph of tulips.
Here i have again taken the same photograph and placed an image of a daisy outline on top and used the magic wand tool to again take the white from inside the image. I really like this image and found it an interesting composition as the Daisy outline worked well on top of the photograph of the daisies. I think this would be a good Logo if i could take the background from around the daisy outline.

Exsisting Logos Featuring Nature.
I like this Logo as the colour scheme and placement works really well. I also find the butterfly really cute and detailed and i really like the basic outlined and stencil look.I find that the Font works well with the butterfly as its very lose and free. Also i find that the counters in the letter 'B' are over emphasised and can also be interpratated as half of a butterfly its self.
For this Logo i find it really stands out to me as i find the peacock feather is very attractive and it stands out to me. I like the colours chosen and the shade of blue and green used. Even though it has a very limited colour pallet i find it still works really well and has a strong Graphic look to it. The font works well for the target audience as it has that film industry look.
This is very bold and reminds me of a family friendly logo. I like the colours chosen as it suits the subject matter well. The tree at the end has a double meaning as Busch Gardens is a Theme Park and Animal Conservation Center. The loops in the tree resemble the loops of Roller Coasters.
This logo is for the Chelsea Flower Show. I find the colours and detail very interesting and eye catching as it has a summery feel to it due to the colours being very vibrant. It resembles a butterfly which i could relate to in future ideas as i begin to develop Logo Ideas.

Artist That Use Typography
Luke Lucas
Luke Lucas is a freelance creator , illustrator and typographer from Australia. His work is mainly advertisements but yet he can create pieces of work that can relate to other things other than a client's theme. I find Lucas' work very interesting and detailed. I like the uses of one continuous line that is symbolizes a vine in the first image.I like how the vine sweeps through the Ascenders and Descenders. His work is also very powerful and bold.

Artists That Use Typography
Yulia Brodskaya
Yulia Brodskaya was born in Russia Moscow. She experimented and explored ways of bringing together all the things she likes most (typography, paper, and highly detailed hand-made craft objects). These images relate very well to my theme and i am very intrested in them. I find them very girly and detailed as well as bold. I would love to try and re-create Brodskaya's work as it would be interesting and looks fun to do. I could possibly experiment with the technique 'Quilling' which Brodskaya used in the 2nd Image.
Artists that use Typography
Craig Ward
Craig Ward is a british born designer who is currently based in New York.I have chosen this artist as a Typography Artist as i like his creative thinking and how he incorporarted the client design brief with his work and making it suit the theme chosen.
